Jacob Pitt arrives at Homewaters Fly Fishing from Kansas City, Missouri. Born and raised fishing for carp, catfish and sometimes bass, his heart was stolen by the trout of the Rocky Mountains. Finding great joy in fly fishing the Poudre River in Roosevelt National Forrest, Mr. Pitt also finds time to pursue his degree in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability at Colorado State University. In 2016, Mr. Pitt founded the CSU Fly Fishing Club (a Trout Unlimited-affiliated group). Jacob Pitt likes to play guitar and listen to music in the few moments he isn’t on the river.
